Value724 product guide · 9 October 2026
1. Record the correct instrument and nominal amount
Value724 helps you keep government bond, Treasury bill, corporate bond and Eurobond records in your portfolio. Identify the instrument by its ISIN and check the issuer, price currency, maturity date and nominal amount. If an instrument is unavailable in automatic search, you can define it manually using its ISIN and details.
The nominal amount is the holding quantity used in this calculation; it need not equal the money you paid to purchase it. You can also record the coupon rate and annual coupon frequency where applicable.
2. Remember that prices are per 100 nominal
For these instruments, portfolio value = nominal amount × clean price / 100. For example, a USD 1,000 nominal holding priced at USD 95 per 100 nominal has a displayed clean value of USD 950. This is a calculation example, not a return forecast or investment recommendation.
The clean price excludes accrued coupon interest. When an automatic quote is available, Value724 uses the clean bid price per 100 nominal. The displayed amount does not guarantee an executable price at your bank.
3. Distinguish coupon details from total value
Coupon rate and frequency are instrument record details. Accrued coupon interest is not added to portfolio value in this version. This view does not provide a coupon payment schedule, automatic coupon receipt records, yield-to-maturity calculations or tax calculations.
Your bank may show a dirty price, which includes accrued coupon interest. The app’s clean value can therefore differ from the total on your bank statement.
4. Check price coverage and freshness
Automatic prices are not available for every bond, bill or Eurobond. Coverage depends on the instrument and data source availability. Supplied prices may be delayed or inaccurate.
If no automatic price is available, the clean price from the latest transaction record is used as a fallback. This is not a current market quote. Check the record date and price source rather than treating it as current value. Defining an instrument manually does not mean automatic pricing will be available.
5. Distinguish currency from portfolio display
A Eurobond recorded in USD or EUR is converted at the exchange rate for your chosen TRY, USD or EUR portfolio view. Both the instrument price and exchange rate may affect the displayed total. Changing the display currency does not sell an asset or execute a currency trade.
6. Compare with your original records
Compare nominal amounts, transaction prices, maturities and coupon details with your bank or broker records. Recording purchases or sales in the app is not a trading order. Value724 does not execute investment transactions or hold money or assets.
